Helm Farm holds many events throughout the year, ranging from outdoor movie nights, backyard concerts, a neighborhood wide garage sale, marathon cheer station, and more! In addition to hosting activities, we love working on beautification and improvement projects; these and events projects would not be possible without the voluntary dues our neighbors pay each year. Our board currently recommends the dues be set at $30 per household, but understand some homes may feel led to give more, while others may not be able to feasible afford the full amount.

This event is our biggest neighborhood gathering of the year, and there is something for everyone- food, games, community, music, and even special guests! Neighbors, local businesses, and friends of Helm Farm all seem to enjoy themselves.

There are three awards up for grabs: Yard of the Month, Block of the Month, and Most Creative! So make sure you coordinate with some neighbors if you wanna go big and take home the gold.
