We believe in being a safe, healthy, attractive community for all. Our neighbors work together to enhance the quality of life in our boundaries by organizing events, advocating for city improvements and appropriate zoning, and providing a platform for residents to connect and collaborate.

The residents of our Neighborhood Association are diverse, and represent every socioeconomic outcome you could imagine. From recent college graduates, retirees, industry service workers, teachers, lawyers, architects, small businees owners, and more, Helm Farm has become a home to everyone from young couples to families with children to empty nesters. We believe in the power of intergenerational living and friendships.

What We Do
Community Events: We organize a variety of events throughout the year, from block parties to neighborhood cleanups, to bring residents together and build lasting connections.
Advocacy: We represent the interests of our neighborhood in discussions with city officials, ensuring that the voices of Helm Farm residents are heard in decisions that affect our community.
Beautification Projects: We take pride in our neighborhood and work on projects to enhance its appearance, such as planting trees, placekeeping efforts, and encouraging residents to keep their properties well-tended through yard of the month.
